Absolutely! There are NO special foods required for macro counting. You are encouraged to eat the food you love… especially carbs. Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.

Yes! Traveling and eating meals on the go are just part of life! Our Macro Guide has details and suggestions on successfully tracking on the road. Your life does not have to hit the “pause” button to make this work!

We don’t have a crystal ball. This is not a quick fix but by implementing our program and processes you will lose FAT gain muscle and shape your body. With that said, you will feel empowered, confident and have a sustainable fitness plan customized to your goals.
